Back in the day, I used to curate 6-12 month, 8-10 person, super rigorous mastermind groups…
And we’d have constraints like this every single week.
People hit their first 6-figure months and their first 7-figure years in those groups.
I MISS HAVING AN ENVIRONMENT THAT FORCES ME TO FOCUS AT THAT LEVEL, WHETHER I FEEL LIKE IT OR NOT.
I created the TWICEINHALF productivity test for ME, because I PERSONALLY need it…
But I think I speak for a lot of small business owners and entrepreneurs when I say I DON’T NEED ANOTHER TRAINING right now…
I just need to implement on all the stuff already in front of me and stay in focused action, every single day.

THIS IS JUST SIMPLE MATH.
Every single workday, if you consistently took a moment and PLANNED the absolute most important 4 ACTIONS that you needed to take that day, if nothing else…
And every single workday, if you consistently COMPLETED the absolute most important 4 ACTIONS that you planned for that day…
Every single month, that’s 120 of the ABSOLUTE, MOST IMPORTANT ACTIONS that you could’ve been taken that month, COMPLETED.
What would that do for your business? I’ve got a pretty good idea of what it would do for mine.
This is quite literally nothing more than a focused group working session environment designed with constraints that do four (4) things:
1) Force focus in defining and planning our most important four (4) actions on a particular day
2) Remove all distractions for four (4) concurrent sixty (60) minute blocks of working time throughout the day
3) Create 1:1 accountability with the private #PROOFCHECK at the end of each WTB
4) Create group transparency and consequence with the public check-ins, detailing what was actually accomplished during each WTB
I can do this with a few friends pretty easily, but there is power and momentum available in numbers, so I’m opening this up to business owners and entrepreneurs in my network to express their interest.
$10 per person for one working session.

Cool. This concept isn’t rocket science.
You absolutely have my blessing to go copy it and take the time and energy to organize one yourself. I couldn’t care less.
If you do go try to create a structure like this on your own, remember one thing…
When people pay for something, they are more likely to commit to it and see it through.
Even then, let’s be honest, the chances are slim that people will keep their word to themselves, if it’s simply left up to good intentions.
When you pay AND someone’s actually taken the time to thoughtfully design contraints that create an environment that pulls you forward toward your goals…
AND as uncomfortable as it may be…
When you know that there will be CONSEQUENCE that you can’t negotiate and charm and apologize your way out of if you don’t do what you’re supposed to do…
That kind of environment has RUBBER meet ROAD in having us keep the promises we make to ourselves.
1) COMMITTED TIME (5.5 HOURS)
– LIVE, half-day zoom session, 9am-230pm CST
2) BREAKS
– One (1) 30-minute break at 12pm
– Barring emergencies, participants agree to taking no additional breaks, so plan your 5-hours of work time accordingly
3) FULL PARTICIPATION
– Camera on the whole time, mics on mute
– No ins and outs. If you can’t participate for the ENTIRE 5.5 HOUR WORK DAY, do not participate
4) WORK TIME BLOCKS (WTBs)
– Four 75 minute Work Time Blocks (WTBs)
5) PLAN YOUR WTBs
– 10 minutes are available at beginning of each WTB to document in that day’s public WTB tracking sheet what you’re working on for the next 60 minutes, and what proof you will provide at the end of that WTB to show that you spent that 60 minutes working on (and ideally completing) the task(s) you planned for that WTB
6) ZERO INTERRUPTIONS, ZERO DISTRACTIONS, 100% FOCUS
– 60 minutes of focused work on the task(s) defined for each WTB and nothing else (phone off or on DND, no leaving the computer, no texting, no checking emails, no social media, etc)
7) 1:1 WTB PARTNERS
– For each WTB, you will be randomly paired with 1 other person in that day’s 2XH working group inside a private working room, to silently hold each other accountable during your 60 minute WTB (cameras on, mics off)
8) #FOCUSCHECK
– 5 minutes are allotted at the end of the WTB to log what was completed during the previous 60 minutes in that day’s WTB tracking sheet with the entire working group, to share your proof privately with your WTB partner, and for each person to confirm in the public tracking sheet that they saw their WTB partner’s proof and that it was acceptable
9) 1:1 AND GROUP ACCOUNTABILITY
– For the 1:1 and group accountability to work, it is necessary that each person be willing to share small, brief glances of visibility into what work they are planning, and proof that they worked fully on the thing they said they were working on
– We understand that confidentiality may be a concern for some of you. If it is, either don’t work on super secret stuff during this time, or be smart in your wording of the task, and in how you demonstrate proof that you completed the task
– If you can’t figure it out, this isn’t the group for you
10) CONSEQUENCE
– The goal of this group is to provide a high-focus working environment for small business owners who participate, such that the working rooms in the TWICEINHALF group literally transform the ability for us to get twice our normal amount of work done, in half the time. That intent requires that environment to be designed with constraints that produce that level of focus, as a requirement of participation, and remove anyone who doesn’t contribute to that momentum
– If you break any Participation Agreements, or fail one #PROOFCHECK, you’re put on notice. Two times? You are expelled from the group, and will have to appeal to be invited back
Our ability to make and keep promises to ourselves, big and small, is the single biggest roadblock separating us from achieving our goals.
Can you get TWICE the amount of work you usually get done…
